People’s Daily Online’s Chongqing channel reported on 15 September 2026 that Singapore-based WMOA GLOBAL VCC had partnered with a domestic manager through the QFLP framework to establish an investment company in Chongqing, focusing on electronic information, smart manufacturing and new energy. The report cited Yixin Shen on future investment priorities including local artificial intelligence, storage and chip industries. It followed the eleventh Joint Implementation Committee meeting of the Chongqing–Singapore connectivity initiative.
