首次沟通无需预先提交完整资产清单或现有架构资料。我们会先理解家族目标、相关法域与主要问题，再说明 WMOA 能做、不能做，以及下一步是否值得继续。
A first conversation does not require a full asset schedule or your existing structure documents. We start with the family's objectives, the jurisdictions involved and the main questions, then set out what WMOA can and cannot do — and whether a next step is worthwhile.
如有需要，可在交换实质性资料前先签署双方认可的保密协议。若您代表机构，我们会在首次会面中明确各方角色、监管边界、信息权限及商业安排。
Where needed, a mutually acceptable confidentiality agreement can be signed before any substantive material is exchanged. If you represent an institution, the first meeting settles each party's role, the regulatory boundaries, information rights and commercial terms.

能力说明书用于支持家族顾问与机构的初步判断，拟包括：法律实体与牌照矩阵、服务范围、治理机制、收费模式、利益冲突安排、核心团队及代表项目。
The Capability Statement supports the initial assessment made by family advisers and institutions. It covers the entity and licence matrix, scope of services, governance, fee model, conflict arrangements, the core team and representative work.
首次申请不询问资产规模、资产清单或具体交易信息。说明书为受控版本，版本化并可加水印。
A first request does not ask for asset size, an asset schedule or transaction details. The statement is a controlled document — versioned, and watermarked where appropriate.

If you receive a suspicious request made in WMOA's name, confirm it through the official channels before acting.

您提交的信息仅用于回应咨询、进行必要的身份与冲突检查，以及在适用时开展客户尽职调查。信息可能在相关 WMOA 实体及受委聘的专业服务机构之间共享，并可能发生跨境传输。我们不会出售您的信息。
Information you submit is used to respond to the enquiry, to carry out the necessary identity and conflict checks and, where applicable, client due diligence. It may be shared between the relevant WMOA entities and appointed professional advisers, and may be transferred across borders. We do not sell your information.
